By purchasing or accessing any of our offerings, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Definitions
"Platform": Refers to The eCom Show’s course website (learn.theecomshow.com).
"We," "Us," "Our": Refers to the team operating under Golden Percentages, the parent company of The eCom Show.
"You," "Your," "Participant," "Customer": Refers to anyone accessing, enrolling in, or interacting with our platform and its services.
"Services": Refers to all courses, workshops, mentorships, communities, and any other educational content offered through the platform.
2. Services Offered

The Shopify Store Creation Challenge
Live and Pre-recorded E-commerce Courses
Group Workshops and Mentorship Sessions
Community Access via WhatsApp and other platforms
We may expand our offerings at our discretion in the future.
3. Payments and Pricing
All payments must be made in full before access is granted to any course or service.
Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
Once purchased, your access to the content is considered active and non-transferable.
4. Refund Policy
At The eCom Show, we prioritize delivering value and clarity. However, we do allow limited refunds under the following conditions:
Eligibility:
Refunds can be requested only if:
You have not completed the Day 3 assignment (for challenge-based courses), or the equivalent milestone in other courses,
AND
You are within 7 days of the original date of purchase.
❌ No refunds will be issued after Day 3 or after the 7-day window—whichever comes first.
How to Request:
All refund requests must be made via WhatsApp (click here) and should clearly state the reason for the refund.
By continuing beyond the eligibility period, you acknowledge your full commitment to the course, and no further refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances.
5. Code of Conduct
By using our platform, you agree to:
Respect instructors, team members, and fellow learners.
Use the platform solely for your own learning purposes.
Avoid sharing login credentials, course materials, or community content externally.
Violation of this may result in immediate account suspension or legal action.
6. Intellectual Property
All content (videos, documents, frameworks, community materials) provided on this platform is the intellectual property of Golden Percentages and its collaborators.
You may not:
Copy, record, or redistribute any course content.
Share course materials in any public or private group.
Use our brand identity or content for any commercial purpose.
7. Disclaimers
Our courses aim to educate and empower, but we do not guarantee any business success, income, or placement.
Outcomes depend on individual effort, application, and external factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify course content, timelines, instructors, or bonuses without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
The eCom Show, its team, and partners are not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of revenue, data, or opportunities.
Any platform disruptions, delays, or errors.
You agree to use the platform at your own risk.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Calicut, Kerala.
